  • Ad fees and shipping labels: optional "Advertising & other charges" account; if empty they go to selling fees.
  • Sales tax: collected and remitted by eBay; not in the payout and not posted.
  • Products page: lists SKUs sold in the last 90 days for matching (Per order).
  • First Per order sync creates helper QuickBooks items for eBay sales, shipping and refunds.
