New QuickBooks account not showing in mappings

Ledgerzoom caches the QuickBooks chart of accounts. It refreshes automatically when you click Sync now.

Steps

1. Create the account in QuickBooks.
2. Click Sync now (Dashboard or Settings → Sync), or reload the mapping page.
3. The new account appears in the mapping dropdowns.

Inactive (archived) QuickBooks accounts are not listed.
