Shopify: Summary per payout vs Per order

• Summary per payout: one Journal Entry per paid Shopify Payments payout.
• Per order: Sales Receipts per order (with customer), Refund Receipts, and a Deposit per payout clearing a holding account with fees netted.

Only Shopify Payments payouts are supported; other gateways (PayPal etc.) are not synced.
