Create a company and run the setup wizard

Steps

1. Open the company menu at the top right and choose Add company.
2. Enter the company name.
3. Pick one channel: Stripe, Shopify, Amazon or eBay to QuickBooks Online.
4. Connect QuickBooks first — Ledgerzoom needs your chart of accounts to map the channel.
5. Connect the channel you picked.
6. Finish — you land on that channel's Account mapping page.

The wizard saves progress. If you leave partway, it resumes where you stopped. The company name is auto-filled from QuickBooks if left blank.

Common problems

• Wizard keeps coming back: a step (QuickBooks or the channel) isn't connected yet. Complete it.
