Only one sales channel per company

Each company (workspace) supports one eCommerce connection (Stripe, Shopify, eBay or Amazon) and one accounting connection (QuickBooks Online). Dashboards and mappings are channel-specific.

On Settings → Connections the other channels are grayed out with "Disconnect <channel> to switch."

To sync a second channel

Create a separate company via Add company and connect that channel there. Both companies can point to the same QuickBooks file.

To switch channels

Disconnect the current channel on Settings → Connections, then connect the new one. Previously posted entries in QuickBooks are not removed.
