User roles and permissions
Owner, Admin, Accountant and Viewer — what each can do.

| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including transferring ownership and deleting the company. One per company. |
| Admin | Manage connections, mappings, sync, revenue recognition, loans, teammates and the Company page. |
| Accountant | Same as Admin except cannot see or open the Company page. |
| Viewer | Read-only: dashboard, deposits, journal entries, logs. |
Transfer ownership
Only the Owner can transfer ownership (Company page → Members). The previous Owner becomes an Admin.
