A deposit/payout was not synced
Checklist when a payout is missing in QuickBooks.
Who: EveryoneUpdated 2026-09-28
- Is the payout paid (not pending/in transit)? Only paid payouts sync.
- Is it dated on or after the sync start date?
- Check Sync logs for an error on that payout.
- Fix any mapping/connection error and click Sync now.
- Still missing? Note the payout date and amount and contact support.
