Totals don't match the channel report
Common reasons figures differ.

- Ledgerzoom reports by payout date, channel reports often by charge date.
- Pending funds not yet paid out aren't posted.
- Payouts before the sync start date aren't included.
- Deferred revenue moves income to later months.
- Loan repayments and fees are netted from the deposit.
