Settlement-based vs Product-based income mapping

Pick one Income mapping type under Stripe → Account mapping. Only one can be active to avoid double-counting income.

• Settlement-based: all sales in a payout go to the Sales Income account.
• Product-based: Stripe → Products lists all Stripe products; map each to an income account. Unmapped products use the default income account. Each product can also be set to defer revenue (see Revenue recognition).
