Stripe account mapping reference

Key mapping lines (Stripe → Account mapping):

• Bank account: where the payout lands (must match your bank feed account).
• Sales income: gross sales (Settlement mode).
• Stripe fees: processing fees. Recorded so total Income equals the amount processed, with an offsetting cost account.
• Refunds, Disputes/chargebacks.
• Stripe clearing account (required): used for instant-payout fees, manual payouts and timing differences. Syncs fail with "Missing account mappings: stripe_clearing_account" until set.
• Other balance adjustments.
• Stripe Loan Repayments: only shown when the Stripe Capital loan tracker is enabled (Loans tab).

Click Save. Changes apply to future syncs only.
