Split a mapping line by percentage

Some lines (e.g. Stripe Loan Repayments, Sales income) can be split across accounts.

1. Click Split on the line.
2. Add accounts and percentages. They must total exactly 100%.
3. Save. Rounding leftovers go to the last split line so the entry always balances.
