Summary syncing (default)

One Journal Entry per Stripe payout (deposit). Individual payments are not posted.

Per Transaction syncing

  • Customers, products and each charge/order sync to QuickBooks as Sales Receipts.
  • Refunds become Refund Receipts.
  • Each payout becomes a QuickBooks Deposit that clears the holding account, with Stripe fees and Capital repayments netted.
  • Before the first sync you review product matching: Ledgerzoom auto-matches Stripe products to QuickBooks items, proposes creating the rest, and you can change any match or choose skip before accepting.

Switching modes affects future payouts only.
